YOU WANT THIS
OFF YOUR HEAD.

Managing multiple construction teams, finding someone to take ownership for mishaps, making it all right again — you don’t have the time for that.

That’s why we’re turnkey. The entire process is managed by our team. Our installation crews work with both new construction AND tenant-occupied renovations.

Extremely happy residents and lasting value to our building! It was the trifecta of a quality product, good price point, and very responsive sales team that convinced us to move forward with Modular Closets. We’re very glad we did.

We decided we wanted to update the look of our apartments by installing custom closets through Modular Closets. We have received a lot of feedback from very happy residents with the amount of additional space the custom closets created! As the property manager, I found it so easy to work with the Modular Closet office team to coordinate the initial design and any modifications that came up. The onsite installation team was efficient and timely while installing the closets in 355 apartments, 95% of which were occupied.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Have another question for us? Give us a call: 855.630.8075

What will we love about your closet system?

Our modular closet system is made up of individual modules that dovetail with each other. The result: Even a small closet installation has that finished look, without any exposed parts. Tenants will love how high-end and custom it is (and you’ll love that non-custom price tag!)

What are the closets made of?

Modular Closets are made of 3/4” M-2 grade furniture board that will not warp or crack with time. Each new tenant will enjoy premium, durable closets that feel as sturdy as the day they were installed.

What colors and styles do you offer?

We currently offer closets in white, grey, and natural oak. Download our product catalog to view the full selection.

How are you different from other closet contractors?

As a turnkey closet company, we produce all of our closets in our own factories, getting the best possible price on high-quality closets — and also manage our own installation crews, so the project is completely off your shoulders. As your closet partner, we can promise a beautiful product that suits your budget, as well as a seamless, worry-free process.

How long does installation typically take?

The installation timeline can vary based on the project's size and phasing. On average, we install about six to nine units per day, with an additional day needed at the beginning of each phase for unloading and distribution. The total duration depends on the number of phases planned for your project.

Do you handle the removal of old closets?

Yes, we handle the removal of old closets and other installations. This process includes taking out the old unit, spackling, painting, and doing touch-ups before installing the new units. To ensure a smooth process, we ask for paint from the property manager or building owner. We typically deploy two separate crews for removal and installation to optimize efficiency.

How do you address post-installation issues?

Should any issues arise after installation, they are typically reported to the property manager, who then informs us. We pride ourselves on reviewing every single unit before departure, greatly reducing the chances of problems. However, if an issue is noted, our team is prompt in addressing it. We document every installation with photos to assist in resolving any discrepancies that might arise later. For both new constructions and renovations, we have processes in place to ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout.

Is dedicated support available for post-installation concerns?

Absolutely. Beyond the onsite crew and foreman, we assign project managers to oversee all aspects of the project. They are available daily to address any concerns, ensuring there's always someone knowledgeable about your project to speak with, providing a consistent and reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
