We decided we wanted to update the look of our apartments by installing custom closets through Modular Closets. We have received a lot of feedback from very happy residents with the amount of additional space the custom closets created! As the property manager, I found it so easy to work with the Modular Closet office team to coordinate the initial design and any modifications that came up. The onsite installation team was efficient and timely while installing the closets in 355 apartments, 95% of which were occupied. For each apartment, we added a $50 amenity fee to increase the offered rent.

What We Did
Modular Closets undertook the project of upgrading 355 apartments with custom closets. Our team worked closely with the property management to design closets that complemented the existing modern aesthetic of the units. We focused on maximizing space and functionality, ensuring a seamless blend with the Manor's elegant interiors. The installation process was carried out with minimal disruption to residents, thanks to our efficient and well-coordinated onsite team.
The Results
The installation of custom closets in The Manor at Flagler Village has significantly enhanced the living experience of the residents. The added storage space and organized layout received acclaim from the occupants, reflecting in the positive feedback received. Additionally, the upgrade has contributed to an increase in the property's rental value, with the introduction of an amenity fee.
